This campaign is applicable for new UBL Digital Buddy users (customers) only
To be eligible for a cashback, customer has register on UBL Digital Buddy on WhatsApp and perform at least one financial transaction (either financial or non-financial)
The top 2,000 customers will be eligible for cashback, with those making the highest number of transactions having a greater chance of qualifying for the reward
Offer is valid for UBL customers only. Staff members are not eligible to participate.
Campaign will run from 5th March to 31st March 2026.
UBL reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the campaign at any time without prior notice.
The list of winners will be announced in the second week of April via UBL’s official social media channels and website.

To perform a financial transaction via UBL Digital Buddy, the user has to enable the WhatsApp Banking service via UBL Digital App. To enable the session, login to UBL Digital App> tap Settings> tap Device Management> tap WhatsApp Banking to enable session
