Electronic Fund Transfer Guidelines

Simple steps to avail Electronic Funds Transfer Services

New to Bank Customer will call at UBL Helpline 111-825-888 to active Debit Card and get ATM Pin.

Once the card is activated & ATM Pin generated with the consent of customer, the following Electronic Funds Transfer services can be availed by customer on UBL ATM

Services	Daily Transaction Limit (PKR)
Funds Transfer to any UBL Account	PKR 100,000
Interbank Funds Transfer to any other bank Account	PKR 100,000
Cash Withdrawal	PKR 40,000-200,000
Bill Payments	Subject to Bill Amount

Customer can also avail the Electronic Funds transfer services at ATM by verifying himself/herself via biometric verification. This will not require customer to have a physical Debit Card at the time of transaction.
Customer should ensure to collect the Debit Card at the end of the session or, in case of biometric verification, not leave the ATM while the session is active. The Bank will not be responsible for any misuse in such case.
