Your journey begins with local induction from only the top tier universities across the country and abroad; the rigorous screening and selection process ensures that the best individuals are inducted. Each Management Trainee is chosen based on their aptitude, in house assessment scores and panel interviews, with a view to ensure that the right talent is matched with the available positions. As part of the next step, you will be taken through a comprehensive training program, including both classroom as well as on the job rotation to acquaint you with the different areas of the Bank, an on job rotation will guarantee you develop the skills required to excel in your future responsibilities.
In addition to the above, the MTOs’ growth process includes eighteen months of intense learning and structured development program and various internationally recognized certifications & collective team projects. Formal performance accountability is built in through regular coaching and mentoring. As part of an elite pool of talent, postings in our international network may also arise, dependent on the positions being available.
