UBL IBG’s Project Finance (PF) desk is one of the most active Project Finance units in Pakistan and is actively involved in both debt arrangement and project finance advisory for most of the main stream infrastructure development projects in Pakistan.

PF is actively involved in developmental efforts for Pakistan’s energy sector and has already extended long term loans to several power projects. Currently PF is engaged with a number of clients both in advisory and arrangement capacities for solar, wind, coal and hydro power projects and will be arranging PKR & USD funds for these projects in collaboration with foreign DFIs and through on-lending facilities.
