Please access Google Play/Apple Store and search for UBL Digital App UAE. Click on the Install application button. Once installed, proceed to Sign In.

Please note that the same net banking web portal login ID and password is used for signing into the Digital Banking App.

You just need to download the Digital Banking App, register the device through OTP and login with your credentials.

What do I do if I have forgotten my Login password?

In case you have forgotten your Login password, access the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the App and follow the steps OR call UBL Phone Banking.

Can I access Digital Banking App when I am outside UAE?

Yes. As long as your device is connected to the Internet.
