| Eligibility Criteria: |
- Incumbent
should possess Master’s degree (15 years of Experience) or Bachelor’s degree
(20 years of Experience) in the field of Civil Engineering from HEC recognized
university.
- Vast
experience/knowledge in Engineering industry for construction & project
management of skyscraper/Multistory Commercial/corporate buildings is mandatory.
The individual should have adequate knowledge about MEP works.
- The
individual will be responsible for overall execution of the project and
coordinate with all stakeholders to Ensure timely completion of the project.

The incumbent needs to be a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing large-scale construction projects specifically within Karachi.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing mega projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a track record of successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of project management including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
