Lead Capture and Maturation:
Proactively identify and capture leads for bank accounts through various channels.
Implement strategies to nurture and mature leads into successful account acquisitions.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
Provide personalized guidance and information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Onboarding Excellence:
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new account holders. Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues and enhance the overall customer onboarding experience.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing customer concerns and preferences.
Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving and exceeding targets for account acquisitions.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion rates.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities: |

- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from any HEC recognized Institute
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field
