Key Responsibilities: |

- Ensure prompt, efficient and error free processing of trade related transactions in compliance with guidelines and policies governing.
- Provide highest quality service all internal/external customers.
- Perform the function in the line with agreed service standards and TAT.
- Handle basic enquiries received from internal and external customers.
- Achieve and maintain quality standards in the line with Banks’s set requirements by ensuring that procedures and internal controls are in place, understood and followed by the team members.
- Handle the complex transactions, escalate from the team member / directed by the line manager.
